2. Products

3. Order
Automatic recording systems are considered as proof of the nature, content and date of the order. 4. Delivery

War, riot, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility of being supplied are considered as force majeure relieving the seller of his obligation to deliver. 5. Withdrawal

6. Price
The price is expressed in euros.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including VAT for France and EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, transport and commissioning costs.
7. Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by the Company STILIC FORCE SARL.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment is made by credit card bearing the CB symbol. Online SPPLUS allows you to pay via a La Caisse d'Epargne banking server in a secure environment.
Your bank card number is therefore directed to the bank's servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the store's server, a guarantee that is all the more important as your numbers are known only from our banking partner (La Caisse d'Epargne).
The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers design

8. Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. The Company STILIC FORCE SARL cannot be held responsible for damages of any nature, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which could result from malfunction or misuse of the products sold. The same applies to any modifications to products resulting from manufacturers. The liability of the Company STILIC FORCE SARL will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. 9. Warranty
