The Braille code is a tactile reading system that allows blind or visually impaired people to read printed texts. It consists of six dots arranged in two columns of three dots each, which can be combined in different ways to represent letters, numbers and punctuation marks. Learning to read the Braille code can be a challenge for people who were not exposed to this reading system from a very young age. That is why we developed Braillecode, an A5 card with the braille alphabet. Braillecode is designed to make learning Braille more accessible and more practical. It is an A5 card with all the letters of the braille alphabet printed on it. Users can use the dots to practise reading and writing individual letters, as well as combining letters to form words.
