SavOsec façon Matrix

Some ideas look simple, almost ordinary. And then there are those that, in the right hands, turn into true artistic experiences. That’s exactly what Dorian Migliore did with an astonishing short film about the SavOsec, the cult invention from La Boutique du Futur that brings bar soap back to center stage.

Instead of showcasing the product in a conventional way, Migliore chose a bold cinematic metaphor: the fight against liquid soap becomes a scene straight out of Matrix. The battle is no longer waged in a virtual world, but in our bathrooms, between two visions of cleanliness:

• on one side, liquid soap — fluid, seductive, but often synonymous with waste and plastic;

• on the other, solid soap — durable, proudly held by its SavOsec, like Neo standing against the machines.

The clip leans into this symbolic parallel with slow motion, a dark atmosphere, and dramatic tension. The punchline? An invitation to “choose the right pill”… or rather, the right soap.

Beyond a product demo, this short film tells a story of philosophy: choosing the solid bar is choosing resistance, durability, and a sense of freedom against the standardization of industrial liquid soap.
